This week’s salad was just things I had on hand. It would’ve been better with some walnuts and feta and maybe some red onion, but at this point in life we’re eating salad because it’s easy. You’ll notice things get a little boring…

The dressing was the zinger, once again. In the words of my new-to-salads husband, “it was amazing.” I’ll take that as a win.
I had a bit of strawberry all-fruit Polaner jam left in the fridge so I microwaved it a few seconds to melt it and then added olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and a pinch of dried tarragon.
