Muffin Win

This is what I threw together this morning, approximately:

5.5 oz. raisin bran crumbs
2 oz. flour
.5 oz. wheat germ
2 oz. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. raisins

2 eggs
1/2 stick melted butter
1/3 c. apple sauce
1/3 c. milk
2/3 c. buttermilk

Sorry for the random measurements. I baked it in 12 muffin tins for 30 minutes at 350. I was definitely over the moisture quotient for standard muffins, so these were so moist and yummy!
